Hello! And welcome to my corner.

Can anyone really be surprised by the Bucs pick? I know I'm not. They get their franchise QB. As do the Titans. The trad rumours never really materialised and I think that's a good thing for the Titans. The rest of the top 10 all did well too, particularly the Bears. Kevin White is a straight up monster, I liken him to Dez Bryant (others liken him to Julio Jones). Though I was quite shocked by a few of the picks. D-Line is THE strength of the Jets roster, yet they picked another, and a great one at that. They must be looking to trade one of them, there isn't space in the lineup for all of them. Todd Gurley was also a surprise. Though it's a very good pick, he's such a good player, they had a decent backfield and had much bigger needs.

In picks 11-20 there wasn't anything that took me by surprise. The biggest talking point was the Chargers moving up 2 picks to secure Melvin Gordon, which will be worth it. I also really like the looks of the Dolphins Offense. 3 young receivers, Jordan Cameron and Tannehill in a scheme that is perfect for him could make the AFC East even more interesting.

In the final group of 1st round picks the biggest shocks came in the from of Shane Ray, Breshad Perriman and Phillip Dorsett. Ray, was said to go as low as the 4th round by some NFL execs and most people believed he wouldn't go in the 1st round. The Broncos however decided to trade up for him! Let the weed jokes roll...Perriman, though I had him going higher than 26, was a peculiar pick to me. We lost Torrey Smith as we didn't wanna pay a 1-trick pony lots of money, so we draft a guy who seems to be the same. I really hope he can develop as Torrey was meant to. Finally, am I glad we don't have to play the Colts! Their offense now, with the addition of Dorsett s scary. Andrew luck handing it off to Gore, then throwing to Hilton, Johnson, Moncrief, Dorsett, Fleener and Allen. Sorry AFC South, you're done.
